The President’s executive order concerning Somalia piracy

The deterioration of the piracy situation along Somalia coast has caused Obama administration’s concerns. In order to cut off financial resource fueling the piracy and other associated unlawful activities, an executive order was issued on April 12, 2010 with the purpose of blocking and seizing properties and monetary interests belong to those entities associated with Somalia piracy found in the control of U.S government .
